Ketogenic Diet (low carb) diets do not allow you to maximize benefit from B Strong sessions (or really any exercise). B Strong BFR is dependent on carbohydrates and muscle glycogen. Those on keto diets need to add carbohydrates before, during and after a B Strong workout. The native Thai diet of noodles, rice, vegetables and minimal animal products with tastes of salty, sweet, sour and spicy in each meal, is ideal nutrition for B Strong workouts.
